Structured Hardin Builders Inc. design build construction management principles and operations including contract and consultant level construction management services for new construction, build to suit, renovation and consulting services of multi -million dollar commercial, retail, restaurant, recreational facilities and luxury condominiums. A versatile executive leader with over 25 years expertise in navigating organizational project excellence while building and managing internal and external teams of staff, consultants, architects, engineers and manufacturers on self-performing and sub-contractor service projects. Strong record for successful completion of multi-million dollar projects on schedule and within budget.

William Morrissey - Vice President

Accomplished and educated construction leader with over 20 years' experience managing commercial projects ranging from $20,000 - $20,000,000. Project experience includes Retail, Office, Worship, K-12, University, Municipal and Industrial. Committed professional providing strength in business development, project development, preconstruction budgeting and value engineering, construction operations, contract negotiations, internal profitability and client service. Success has been attributed to exceptional communication skills, organization and the desire to learn.``

Jill Babik - Office Director/ Executive Assistant

Marketing management experience professional with educated extensive experience in the coordination and execution of diverse senior management structure and marketing background achieving strong success. A solid intelligent professional with 25 years' experience. Previous positions including small and medium size Ad agencies. In her current position she is able to facilitate incoming and outgoing internal document and staff schedule management, including daily company accounting while increasing policy and procedural initiatives. Additional duties and experience in land acquisition, construction loan approvals, client assistance, staff coordination, project scheduling and any auxiliary tasks.
